OLIVUS Inc. signs a contract with US-based Global Crossing Telecommunications Inc. to provide learning and development expertise in training needs analysis, performance consulting, project management, instructional design, course development and delivery. Since 2002, OLIVUS' dedicated resources have been integrated with Global Crossing's learning and development (GL&D) organization. With this latest contract, OLIVUS continues to provide consulting and blended training solutions to Global Crossing as part of a seamless, united training team. "OLIVUS is a dedicated, professional, highly experienced team that has supported the Global Crossing internal learning and development organization for the past four years," says Jackie Allen, GL&D's senior manager of instructional design. "This team has the expertise to provide end-to-end performance solutions from initial consulting to analysis, design, development and delivery, utilizing all delivery methodologies."
