BelAir blanketing Beaverton
BelAir Networks wireless mesh infrastructure is selected by Beaverton, Colorado, for its public safety network. Blanketing the city of 83,000 and 18 square miles, the wireless broadband deployment will give police wireless access in their patrol cars, allowing
them to review mug shots and digitalized fingerprints while on the move. BelAir worked closely with the city and lead contractor Invictus Networks, an Oregon-based wireless integrator, designing and deploying the next-generation high-speed network “With advances like amber alerts and wireless networks, technology is transforming law enforcement,” states Lt. Andrea Moore of the Beaverton Police Department. “We absolutely required the highest level of security, QoS, and performance to support the activities that we conduct as part of our daily work.
