Mitel
appoints Perry McDonald, left,
to the position of director, channel and field marketing for the Americas, replacing Kevin Johnson, right, who takes on the position of director, propositions marketing. With nearly two decades of international business experience in a variety of sales and marketing leadership positions, Perry spent 10 year at Nortel before migrating to Mitel. He has a diploma from the University of Hangzhou, People’s Republic of China, and a BA from UBC. In his new role as director of propositions marketing, Kevin will lead the development of Mitel’s marketing plans and go-to-market strategies, as well as the company’s technical marketing activities. He has a degree in electrical technology from RyersonPolytechnical Institute. Kevin serves in executive roles with community organizations, including Scouts Canada and the Huntley Curling Club. He is also involved in minor league sports programs at the Constance Bay Community Association.
