RAMTelecom Inc. raises $753,912 at the close of its non-brokered private placement, moving, at $.40 per unit, 1,884,780 units consisting of one common share and one common share purchase warrant. The satellite service provider intends use the net proceeds to expand operations in the US and upgrade its Canadian network, and for general working capital.
