Clearford signs MOU with airpark developer

Wastewater treatment systems company Clearford Industries Inc. teams with West Capital Developments and BC-based community utility infrastructure company Corix Utilities Inc. to provide services for an Clearford.jpgairpark in west Ottawa. The companies have signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) to design, build, finance and operate water, wastewater, gas, electric and geo-thermal utilities for the 1,000 acre airport and condominium development near the village of Carp, where West Capital is building Canada’s largest residential and commercial airpark. Clearford will supply the community with its Small Bore Sewer, which is more cost effective and environmentally sound than conventional sewers. There are currently more than 600 airparks within the US, giving residents and businesses “backyard” access to airstrips.
