Corel Corporation

appoints Patrick Morley as chief operating officer, and names Randy Eisenbach president and GM of digital media. Previously EVP, sales and marketing for the Americas, Patrick will in his new position lead the company’s global sales, marketing and operations functions for the Americas, Europe, the Middle East and Asia. Before coming to Corel, he served as CEO of Imprivata Corporation, a security solutions company. Patrick has a BA in mathematics and computer science from Providence College. Randy, in his new role with the company, is responsible for developing and implementing all aspects of the Corel’s digital media strategy. Previously company COO, he played a key role in the integration of InterVideo, WinZip and Jasc. Prior to joining Corel, he served as president and COO of Enseo Corporation. Randy has a BA and an MBA from Texas Tech.
