Voice-enabling software provider Pronexus Inc. signs a VAR (value added reseller) agreement with Active e-Solution Limited, “the leading solution provider of business process and office automation to major corporations and government departments in Hong Kong and China.” The company says the Hong Kong-based reseller will leverage Pronexus’ VBVoice to expand into the mainland China market. “[Active] knows our VBVoice IVR toolkit very well and has gained extensive experience in the CTI area over the last years,” says Alan Atkinson, VP, sales and customer care. “We see a huge market potential in both Hong Kong and mainland China and we are very much looking forward to this new partnership.”
