TenXc reveals staff cuts
Intelligent radio frequency solutions maker TenXc Wireless reveals it recently cut its workforce by almost a quarter, laying off 13 R&D staff in a bid to bolster sales and marketing. CEO Joe Hickey says the TenXc intends to develop its technology for fourth-generation products, but for now is focusing on commercializing its market-ready products. The company’s remaining employees now number about 40, split more or less evenly between sales and engineering.
