Adobe Systems says it plans to hire 70 new local customer-service workers for its new LiveCycle Enterprise Suite, increasing Ottawa staff to about 370. The new employees would be enlisted in sales for the locally developed online form generating solution. Revenue from the sale of LiveCycle products grew by 22% to US$52.3 million in Q2, as overall sales rose by 17% to $745.6 million. Net income increased to $152.5 million, ($.25 a share) from $123.1 million ($.20 a share) in the same period last year.
