BelAir Networks signs a service level agreement (SLA) with US Internet, making it the first wireless network equipment vendor to guarantee its installations maintain fast connection speeds and unbroken coverage for broadband hot zones. Service provider US Internet, a new partner of BelAir, is the first to avail itself of the guarantee, which it is leveraging to back its city-wide installation of a broadband network in Minneapolis using BelAir’s mesh networking technology. Under the terms of the SLA, BelAir must meet predetermined performance objectives or else provide, at no extra cost, additional capacity to meet network specifications.
