Intermap Technologies Corp. is awarded four contracts valued at $2.2 million for radar mapping in Southeast Asia. Under the agreement, the Denver-based company with Ottawa operations will collect and deliver three-dimensional digital elevation data and orthorectified radar imagery using Intermap’s IFSAR radar mapping technology. The gathered information will, in part, allow clients to form strategies to mitigate the effects of tsunami and seismic hazards in the island-rich region. Data will be collected and delivered in 2007.
