appoints Normand Paquette and Barry Reiter (pictured left) to its board of directors. Normand has over 20 years of experience in senior financial management roles. He was a founding member of Barry%20Reiter.JPGTundra Semiconductor and served as its CFO from 1999 to 2006. He oversaw Tundra’s IPO in 1999 and closing, follow-on financings. Prior to Tundra, Normand worked as a chartered accountant. He holds a BComm (honours) from uOttawa. He will serve on the Mosaid’s audit committee. Barry is a partner, corporate, with Bennett Jones LLP. He is also chair of the firm’s new economy practice. Barry is fluent in all aspects of technology law, including IP rights protection, startup representation, and mergers and acquisitions. The experienced director sits on the board of Alliance Atlantis and SkyPower Group of Companies. Formerly a law professor at U of T, Barry has been published widely on corporate governance, advisory boards and other legal issues. He graduated from Osgoode Hall Law School in 1972 and holds a BCL from Wadham College, Oxford University. Barry will serve on Mosaid’s corporate governance and nominating committee, and human resources committee. Stepping down are Thomas Csathy (chair, ’02-’07), George Cwynar (pres. and CEO, ’94-’07) and Ted Galanthay. Richard Boadway (CFO, ’97-’03) will also step down from the board at the end of June.
