Mosaid Technologies Inc. licenses its patent portfolio of memory chip products to Taiwan’s Etron Technology Inc. for five years. A designer and supplier of random access memory and system-on-chip semiconductor products, Etron is the third Taiwanese company to sign a licensing agreement with Mosaid. The Ottawa IP firm has now signed licences with 16 companies. Its portfolio consists of more than 800 patents and applications obtained from internally developed technology, patent licensing partnerships and patent acquisitions.
