is appointed president and CEO of Gallium Visual Systems, assuming responsibility for long-term strategic development, management and daily business activity. Ranald has more than 23 years experience in the global defence and security industries, and arrived at Gallium from Lockheed Martin Canada, where he was VP, business development and government relations. Previously he was regional VP for xwave, responsible for central Canadian operations. Ranald also held progressively senior management positions with Computing Devices Canada, which is now General Dynamics Canada. Ranald has a BEng from the University of Western Ontario. He is an active member of the Canadian Association of Defence and Security Industries. He resides in rural Ottawa.
