DragonWave raises revenue, trims losses

Dragonwave.jpgBroadband wireless systems equipment maker DragonWave Inc. narrows losses to $2.7 million from $3 million on revenue of $8.6 million in its first quarter of fiscal 2008, a 38.7% increase from the $6.2 million in revenue the company recorded for the same period last year. This, the highest quarterly revenue in the company’s history, is a reflection of the company’s growing international business. Revenue from customers outside North America grew to $2.6 million, up from $400,000 in Q1, 2007.
