Voice-enabling business software maker Pronexus inks a value added reseller deal with Business Development Group S.A., which will see the Guatemala-based computer telephony integration company become a channel partner of Pronexus and bring its VBVoice to the market in Central America. According to the terms of the agreement, BDG will develop, market and sell sophisticated IVRs, telephony and speech solutions integrated with VBVoice.
