PIKA Technologies Inc. forms a partnership with Viparious, a Florida-based developer of custom software, who will use PIKA’s inline board to voice-enable its content-management system solution. Using Viparious’s Rapport Plan System, clients will be able to schedule automated phone calls to their prospective customers while current customers can be kept informed about announcements and will be able to participate in follow-up surveys. The call progress analysis functionality in the latest version of PIKA’s GrandPrix API provides increased value to Viparious’s customers by ensuring that more of its calls get through to both customers and prospects.
