Profits double on strong sales
Communications equipment maker C-COM Satellite Systems Inc. sees profits more than double in Q3, making this third quarter the company’s most profitable ever. Strong sales drove net earnings to $570,232 ($01.8 a share), up from $206,991 or ($0.7 a per share) year earlier.
Revenue grew by 36.1% to $2.6 million. “The record sales and profitability of this quarter can be attributed to the increasing demand for the company's flagship iNetVu Mobile Antenna products which are becoming the products of choice to satellite service providers and resellers worldwide,” says CEO Leslie Klein. “We anticipate receiving a significant portion of new orders in our forthcoming quarters from China where our products have been exceptionally well-received.” C-COM has now recorded a profit in its last 14 quarters.
