Ottawa-based Titus Labs Inc. is licensing its message classification solution to the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs. The federal agency will use the software for labeling Email on 250,000 VA personal computers, improving electronic mail management and security. “The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs’ decision to classify their information using Message Classification demonstrates VA’s strong commitment to securing their Email with an easy to use and full-featured classification tool for their users,” says Tim Upton, president and CEO of Titus Labs. The data classification software company says its Titus Labs Message Classification will raise awareness and reduce risks of inadvertent disclosure within the agency’s existing Email infrastructure.
