Record revenue

March Networks enjoys record revenue in Q2, but still suffers a net loss. The digital surveillance products maker was $666,000 ($0.4 per diluted share) March%5B1%5D.jpgin the red during the period, a marked drop from the $1.4 million ($0.9 per share) it netted a year ago. The company reports that the loss results largely from a one-time $2.4-million charge “related to a retrofit program which the company initiated to proactively address design issues related to the company’s installed base of transit products.” Revenue rose by 5.3% to a record high of $27.7 million, despite reduced sales to top customer Wal-Mart.
