Telesat Canada lifts operating revenue and profits to $130.4 million in its third quarter, a 14.9% percent increase from last year. The satellite operator also raises profits by 33.3% to $26.4 million. The company's latest financial statement comes only days after its $3.25-billion acquisition by U.S.-based Loral Space & Communications Inc. and the federal Public Pension Investment Board receives final approval.
