$500,000 raised

Seprotech.jpgOttawa-based water and sewage treatment technology firm Seprotech Systems Inc. raises $500,000 in a private placement with an unspecified Toronto investment firm.
The company has not disclosed how it will use the funding, but it’s fair to assume that the proceeds will help finance Seprotech’s recent $1.15-million acquisition of B.C.-based P.J. Hannah Equipment Sales Corp. Handled by M Partners, the issuance of two million share units consisted of one common share priced at $.25 and a purchase warrant for a second share.
