N-able Technologies establishes operations in Sydney, Australia, and forms a strategic alliance with a leading Australian distributor. The Ottawa based supplier of remote monitoring and management software says it has signed an agreement with Lan 1 -to co-market and sell the company’s new N-central 6.5 software to Australian solution and managed service providers focused on SMBs. Lan 1 will also work closely with N-able to provide value-added services such as technical support. “Australia’s IT services market is primed for growth and the proactive, automated managed services capabilities found within N-central will help ignite this demand…” says Gavin Garbutt, president and CEO. Market research firm IDC predicts the Australian IT services market will reach A$15 billion by 2011.
