Greg McElheran
is named CEO of Liquid Computing, replacing co-founder Brian Hurley who left the company as part of an evolutionary process that has seen focus shift from technology to marketing and sales, according to the new boss. Mr. McElheran joined Liquid Computing in 2006 as the VP of business development. Prior to that, he was a partner at Axis Capital Corporation, the lead investor in Liquid Computing’s seed investment round. He has worked extensively with emerging technology companies within the software, networking and communications infrastructure industries. Prior to joining Axis, he was in-house counsel to Lucent Technologies in the US. He also served as a member of the technology business group at Osler, Hoskin & Harcourt LLP. Mr. McElheran is a member of a number of technology boards and associations.
