CryptoCard Inc.’s American distributor, Pegasus Technologies, recruits US East Coast software vendor and managed service provider CoolCat Inc. to the Ottawa company’s reseller partner program. CryptoCard, which provides two-factor authentication technology, says CoolCat will offer CRYPTO-MAS, a managed authentication service, to customers in the US, Canada, Virgin Islands, Brazil and Europe. CryptoCard’s authentication technology uses one-time passwords to help organizations secure their networks by eliminating “static” passwords, which are commonly forgotten, mismanaged or easily breached.
