Phone systems designer and manufacturer TalkSwitch signs a distribution deal with UK-based Intramation. The Ottawa company says Intramation will distribute TalkSwitch products for small business customers across the UK, in addition to providing sales, support and installation services. “Intramation boasts extensive experience in both traditional telephony and VoIP solutions, and has a strong focus on customer support,” says Jan Scheeren, president and CEO, TalkSwitch. “As small businesses in the UK migrate from traditional analogue telephony solutions and embrace VoIP technology, TalkSwitch’s unique, easy to use hybrid analogue and VoIP solution is the ideal choice.” TalkSwitch systems include auto attendants, voicemail, music-on-hold, and caller display as standard, along with numerous calling features designed for small businesses like remote extensions for connecting off-premise telephones and mobiles.
