RAMTelecom Inc. raises $102,000 in a private placement to support new network solutions for customers. The deal saw CEO Ralph Misener selling 510,000 common shares to finance the purchase of 510,000 share units valued at $0.20 cents. The deal awaits approval by the TSX Venture Exchange. Mr. Misener says the satellite services provider will explore another private placement later in the year, when it plans to upgrade its Canadian satellite gateway.
