$925,000 deal
OSI Geospatial Inc. nets a
US$925,000 contract to provide training technology to the US Navy. The navigational software maker says its US-based systems operations group will develop and upgrade its simulation training product for the repeat customer. “We are pleased that our leading-edge training simulation technology is of interest to the US Navy and we are excited about contributing to this important project,” said OSI Geospatial CEO Ken Kirkpatrick. “Our US operations have developed significant capabilities in this area and this is evidence that we are getting some traction.” Last September, OSI won a US$550,000 contract to install its navigation software on US Navy coastal craft.
