ATC training upgrade
Ottawa-based Gallium Visual Systems Inc. wins a contract to provide air traffic control (ATC) simulation upgrades for the
Community College of Beaver County in Beaver Falls, Pennsylvania. Gallium says the customer will use its I-SIM technology to offer students a full complement of ATC training requirements at the school’s terminal and en route radar labs. “We understand the demands of ATC training requirements,” says Ranald McGillis, Gallium’s president and CEO. “I-SIM is scalable and flexible, supporting the full range of ATC training – from orientation to basic skills. CCBC has selected a forward-thinking technology that will enhance their training capabilities for the long-term.”
