New tool for media monitoring

Ottawa-based dna13 releases its new dna13.JPGonline tool for media monitoring and analysis. The company says dnaMonitor allows organizations to review global print, broadcast TV, Internet and blog coverage within moments of it appearing and report on relevant items “Brand and reputation management is in a revolutionary phase.
