Mitel is tapped by Rosewood Hotels & Resorts to provide unified communications for its five-star properties in US and Mexico. Mitel says the Dallas-based luxury hotel chain will deploy Mitel 3300 IP Communications Platform for administration and guestrooms, equip all suites with multiple Mitel IP phones and provide staff with wireless phones. Mitel hospitality specialist partner DCI worked with Rosewood to design and implement the new system, which will initially be deployed at Rosewood Mayakobá, a 1,600-acre resort in Riviera Maya, Mexico.
