BelAir gear supporting Calif. city’s development strategy

BelAir Networks’ mobile broadband mesh technology is deployed at the Riverside Convention Center in Riverside, Calif., enabling high-speed wireless access. The Ottawa-based company says the deployment supports the city’s SmartRiverside initiative, which is driving economic development and “digital inclusion” programs, as well as BelAir.jpgfostering technological innovation. “BelAir Networks high-performance wireless mesh technology has been proven in large scale deployments. Leading venues, such as the Riverside Convention Center, are looking for that same level of carrier-class capacity and reliability,” says Dave Park, BelAir’s VP of product marketing. The new network is being installed by WirelessGuys Inc., a Moorpark, California-based wireless solutions provider and new BelAir value-added reseller partner. “We know mesh. We’ve worked with, tested and installed many wireless networking products and BelAir Networks solutions have proven to offer the best throughput, coverage and megabits per square mile available today,” says Steve Williams, founder and CEO, WirelessGuys.
