Halogen Software Inc.'s employee monitoring and management solution is selected by online, investment newsletter publisher The Motley Fool, to analyze the performance of its employees, known as "Fools." "Halogen's solution was highly intuitive and provided us with the flexibility to configure the system to meet our unique cultural needs," says The Motley Fool's HR director Angelique Keenley. "Respecting and maintaining our corporate culture is a priority for all of our HR programs, so being able to adapt the solution so it fits with our language – using greetings and reminders like 'Hey, Fool' and 'Dude, you're late' – was a plus." The Motley Fool will use Halogen's software to identify high performers and improve retention strategies, among other uses.
