BelAir Networks signs a distribution agreement that will see its broadband wireless mesh networking solutions sold worldwide by Maryland-based wireless equipment supplier TESSCO Technologies. BelAir says TESSCO will offer its products to customers, including wireless system operators, transportation, enterprise and government organizations, in the 100 countries where it operates. “BelAir’s unique carrier-grade approach to wireless mesh products, both hardware and software, have made us the market leader and the trusted brand of major service providers and system integrators,” says Susan Masek, director of sales channels, BelAir. “This distribution agreement makes our products more accessible to TESSCO customers and BelAir resellers to address the huge demand for BelAir Networks high-performance wireless mesh for video security, VoIP, enterprise data, high-speed Internet access, point-of-sale systems and location-based services.” TESSCO works with 300 manufacturers to supply more than 25,000 wireless communications and networking products and solutions.
