PureShare is enhancing its flagship software with a suite of products offered by Dundas Data Visualization of Toronto's North York, whose data visulaization technology was acquired by Microsoft early in June. The Ottawa based maker of business management software says it is embedding Dundas’s reporting solutions into PureShare -ActiveMetric, giving users access to Dundas Map, Dundas Chart and Dundas Gauge. “We did extensive market research on advanced data visualization component vendors and concluded that Dundas Data Visualization is the ‘best of breed’ in this area,” says Christopher Dean, CEO of PureShare. “Our customers now have easy access to the award-winning Dundas tools built right in to their ActiveMetrics deployments. PureShare’s customers include Global 1000, Fortune 500, and mid-size organizations in IT service management, risk, insurance, retail, consumer packaged goods, manufacturing, banking, and other industry sectors.
