Michael Hollend
is named chairman of Protus, a developer of SaaS business communications tools. Mr. Hollend is a partner at EdgeStone Capital Partners and serves on the boards of Overlay TV, Maximum Throughput, MusicIP and pVelocity. He earned an MBA and LLB from U of T and a BA in economics from Western.
