Ms. Valentine has over 18 years of experience in the computer software industry, 10 spent at Cognos, where she managed products from the idea stage through to customer adoption. Ms. Valentine has also held positions at Adobe Systems, SHL Systemhouse and Corel. She is the author of Nature’s Creatures, a children’ language introduction book, and is a strong advocate of children’s literacy and multilingualism. She is currently earning a bachelor’s degree, with a concentration in law and justice, at Laurentian University.
