XtremeEDA merges

Ottawa’s XtremeEDA Corp., an outsourcing company which designs complex computer chips, acquires Austin, Texas-based electronic design company ESLX. Now a wholly owned subsidiary of XtremeEDA, ESLX will operate as a US-based company under the name XtremeEDA USA. “Leading innovators know that getting it right means getting to market on schedule, and that means fastest time-to-revenue,” says Claude Cloutier, president of XtremeEDA. “Having a single organization with this skill set that has earned the trust of our clients lowers both the outsourcing transaction costs and project risks substantially.”
