BTI Systems opens European headquarters in Belfast, Northern Ireland. It is the latest move in the company’s global expansion plan, which has seen it recently launch regional offices in Boston and Shanghai. The Ottawa-based fibre-optic networking company says it will also build a $14-million regional hub and software center of excellence in Belfast, providing 60 local jobs.
