is appointed SVP of marketing and product management at Bridgewater Systems. With more than 15 years of experience in the IT and telecom sectors, Mr. Sharpley came to from Oracle Corp. where he led a global team responsible for marketing communications, product marketing and alliance partnerships. Prior to Oracle, he was the executive VP of marketing and product management at MetaSolv Software Inc. He also spent several years at Nortel, where he led R&D, product management and business development teams. Mr. Sharpley holds a BComm (honours) from Carleton, and earned an MBA from uOttawa.
