Six wins

Waterloo-based Sandvine wins six new international customers for its broadband network solutions. Without naming the new customers, Sandvine says its solutions for cable, DSL, FTTx, fixed wireless and mobile operators have been selected by DSL providers Sandvine.jpgin Brazil, Europe, Japan, and Kenya, which combined have more than a million subscribers. Its gear is also being deployed by a wireless operator in Argentina and a US cable service provider. Customers use Sandvine’s products, including its policy traffic switch (PTS) platform, to create new services, manage network congestion, generate network demographic reports, protect against malicious traffic and gain insight into network traffic and trends. The company has 130 customers in more than 50 countries, representing over 60 million broadband subscribers.
