OTTAWA – Agiliance Inc., based in San José, opens shop in the capital with the launch of Agiliance Canada. The company’s RiskVision software supports businesses and government agencies when dealing with regulatory compliance, risk management and IT governance. The Canadian operation will be managed by Doug Carwardine, who will be responsible for providing strategic direction for the Canadian operation, which include a major partnership with Bell Canada.
