CAMBRIDGE – Space hardware subsystems maker COM DEV International Ltd. raises over $23 million in bought deal financing. The round saw a group of underwriters led by Genuity Capital Markets and including GMP Securities L.P. and Paradigm Capital Inc., acquire 7,797,000 common shares of the company at $2.95 a share. COM DEV says the funds will be used primarily to help bring its Automatic Identification System technology to market.
