Corus harmonizes with radio network

TORONTO – Corus Entertainment partners with StreamtheWorld to bring its 52 radio stations to iPhone and iPod Touch users with a new Corus application. Listeners are able to access programming through the Dolby Advanced Audio Coding format, a file type that allows for low data consumption with high-quality sound. Corus stations can be searched for by city or call number, or by a physical shake of the device to shuffle between random stations. The Corus app makes the company the first Canadian radio broadcaster to host a native, streaming iPhone program. Click here for more information.
