Mike Hulley is named president and CEO of aviation-software maker Navtech Inc. The American industry veteran, who will also join the Waterloo-based company’s board of directors, has held posts at companies such as IBM, EDS, United Airlines and Delta Air Lines. He also served as CEO of software startup LeisureLogix LLC. Mr. Mr. Hulley graduated from Memphis State University with a degree in civil engineering. He was named DEC Fellow in Artificial Intelligence after attending a fellowship program at Harvard and MIT. He replaces former Navtech boss David Struckem, who retired in December.
