GUELPH – Guelph Hydro Inc. and Ontario Centres of Excellence Inc. team up to advance initiatives set by the Guelph Sustainable Community Energy Plan. The project’s energy efficiency goals target sectors including gas, electricity water, waste water, waste management and transportation.
