OTTAWA – Bridgewater Systems Corp. wins a second customer for WideSpan 5000, its new suite of wireless subscriber management solutions. The company says an undisclosed major US mobile service provider has completed a multimillion-dollar deployment of the system, which it will use to manage the expansion of its popular flat-rate, unlimited wireless services. The suite includes Bridgewater’s Subscriber Data Broker, Application Policy Controller and Service Controller modules. In 2008, the company signed a three-year, $30-million deal for WideSpan with front-runner wireless carrier Verizon.
