Espial cuts losses on raised revenue

OTTAWA – Espial raises revenue and Espial-logo128X33.JPGcuts losses, due in part to its acquisition of Sunnyvale, Calif.-based Kasenna Inc. last July. The TV software provider had $3.3 million in revenue for Q4, ending December 31st, an increase of 56% over the corresponding period in FY2007. Net loss for the quarter was $1.3 million, compared with a loss of $2 million in the same quarter last year. Revenue for FY2008 was $10.1 million, up from $7.9 million in fiscal 2007.
