New deal with Aussie navy
OSI Geospatial Inc. is enlisted by the Royal Australian Navy to upgrade and an earlier installation of the company’s ECPINS (electronic chart precise integrated navigation system) software. The US$1.3 million deal, signed through OSI’s International Systems Operations business, is the firm’s latest in a number of contracts with the customer, including an order for six ECPINS systems in 2007. Along with the upgraded software, the deal calls for OSI to provide 12 months of software support.
