OTTAWA – Joanne Walker is named VP and GM of space subsystems maker EMS Satcom. She replaces Gary Hebb, who has moved to Atlanta-based parent company EMS Technologies as VP of innovation and strategy. Ms. Walker has been with EMS SATCOM since 1990, most recently as corporate VP of business operations. In her new role, she will concentrate on building strong partner and customer relationships.
